Your whole financial life, as one number.

Eleven dimensions of your finances — nine weighted into a single score, two watched alongside it — recomputed at your advisor’s desk. Between meetings, an advisor may initiate a desk review when new information or a planning event warrants one.

The score is desk-initiated — recomputed when your advisor runs the review, not by an autonomous schedule; its verification lives in the Claims Register.

· The premise

"A plan reviewed once a year is unmonitored for the other 364 days."

The annual review is the industry's idea of attentiveness — a meeting on the calendar, twelve months apart, where problems that surfaced in month two are discovered in month eleven. In between, the household is on its own: a beneficiary form goes stale, a portfolio drifts off its target, a planning step stalls, and no one is watching until the next appointment.

We replaced the calendar with an instrument. The Client Health Score reads eleven dimensions of your financial life and recomputes them at the desk — a single composite you can watch move, backed by the specific readings underneath it. It is not a grade you're left to interpret alone; it's an instrument wired to a human.

The score is desk-initiated — recomputed when your advisor runs the review, not by an autonomous schedule; its verification lives in the Claims Register.

When your advisor initiates a reading, BAFAos surfaces divergences and records the driver for review. The score does not monitor or recompute autonomously between readings.

· How the score is built

Nine dimensions, weighted to one hundred.

The composite is a weighted average — each dimension scored 0–100, multiplied by a fixed weight, summed, and clamped. The weights are governed and audited; no dimension is added or reweighted without rebalancing the whole to one hundred.

Two readings we keep in view.

Some measures matter to your advisor but shouldn't move a composite — a probability that swings with the market, or a journey-health flag. We report them beside the score, never inside it. That discipline keeps the number honest.

Goal Probability

The odds your goals are met on the current path. It swings with the market — so we show it plainly and keep it out of the composite, where volatility would masquerade as a change in your discipline.

Planning Journey

The health of your eleven-stage journey — which steps are current, which have gone stale, how long since the last activity. A flag for the advisor, not a number to average.

· What your advisor sees

The desk view, on one plate.

Inside The Bridge, each household opens to this: the composite, the eleven readings that feed it, what's driving each, and the next steps to bring a score back on track.

· How the reading works

Read at the desk. Answered by a person.

The score isn't a screen you're left to check. It's an instrument wired to a person — and the person is the point.

i

Read

At the desk, BAFAos recomputes all eleven readings from custodial, planning, and document data — initiated by your advisor, on the record.

ii

Detect

Each reading is measured against your targets. A stall, a drift, a stale form — anything that moves a dimension materially trips a flag.

iii

Notify

The flag reaches your advisory team at the desk, with the driver attached — not a number to chase, but the specific reason it moved.

iv

Act

The next step is written to your record and worked. The reading recovers, the change is logged, and the score reflects it at the next reading.
