What we collect here, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you use the forms on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, email, and — if you provide them — your phone number, an approximate asset range, the reason for your inquiry, and any note you write. Newsletter signup collects your email address only.

We also collect limited, privacy-respecting analytics — aggregate page views and referrers, with no cross-site tracking and no advertising cookies. We do not use your information to build an advertising profile, and we do not permit third parties to do so on this site.

How we use it

We use what you submit for one purpose: to respond to you and, if you wish, to begin a conversation about working together. A newsletter email is used to send the quarterly letter and nothing else.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information — ever. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate (for example, email and scheduling tools), each bound to protect it and use it solely on our instructions.

If you become a client

Information tied to your accounts and financial life is governed by our separate Privacy Notice under Regulation S-P, available in the Library and delivered at the start of the relationship. That notice — not this one — controls how we handle nonpublic personal information as your adviser.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue, and you can ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted through this site by writing to bafa@intellicapital.com.

Depending on your state of residence — including under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights — you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. We honor these requests for site visitors; we will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time the law requires.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, where a regulatory obligation applies, for the period our recordkeeping rules require. Analytics data is retained only in aggregate.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and access to submitted information is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive details through the website forms — we will arrange a secure channel when the time comes.

Children

This site is intended for adults evaluating wealth-management services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we will revise the version and effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be noted plainly. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
